By using our servises of our salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Special Care: As your dog gets older, it may not like grooming as much as it did when it was younger.

Special rates may apply for dogs with conditions that require special attention due to age-related vision or hearing problems, dementia, etc.

 

In addition, if there is a biting-related problem, a special fee may be charged depending on the situation. We reserved the tight to  refuse service any time.

 

• Service duration

We will take custody of your dog for about 2 to 2.5 hours, and we will notify you via text message as soon as the grooming is complete. Please pick up your dog within 30 minutes.

 

• Late fees

An allowance of 30 minutes is provided to pick up your dog, otherwise an additional fee of $5 will be charged for every 15 minutes.

 

If you are informed ahead of your pick-up time during the check-in period, please be punctual. There will be a $5 charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.

 

• How to make a reservation

Please send a text message as it is impossible to answer the phone while we are doing grooming services. On your first visit, we will create a dog information card,  and ask about your desired style. It would be helpful if pictures are provided for easy reference. 

 

We do not provide reminders for reservations. Please be mindful and manage your reservations yourself.

 

• Cancellation

Cancellation fees will apply for last-minute cancellations. Please check our cancellation policy.

 

• Business hours

Business hours are from Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but a $10 weekend fee will be added on Saturdays. Subscription plans are available during business hours.

 

• Injury

In the unlikely event that your dog sustains an injury that requires medical attention during the service, we will examine your dog at local vet. Please see our Disclaimer for more details.

 

• Drop-off

Please be sure to arrive with a collar and leash during drop-off.

 

Please make sure your dog goes to the toilet before dropping him/her off.

We pay close attention to our services, but if your dog sustains an injury that requires medical attention, we may have to check and treat it at the vet.

Unless your dog's injury iscaused by our own negligence, you will be responsible for the cost of the treatment.

 

However, If your dog is injured due to our negligence, we will cover the treatment costs, but we will not be responsible for any damages or compensation.

 

We are not responsible for any injuries caused by unexpected accidents or seizures that occur while your dog is in our care.
